Having completed the Assessment and Gap analysis conducted as part of “Where are we now? The questions “where do we want to be?” and “How do we get to where we want to be?” will include:

  • The enablement of the customer IT team to be able to achieve longer-term objectives of Best Practice adoption, ISO 20000 certification or overall business performance improvement requires consideration of additional Best Practice training. The team will then be able to contribute more effectively during the engagement with Alt Vision resources and become self-sufficient after the engagement with minimal supervision and external help where needed.
  • IT Service Management process design services for process improvements identified during the assessment and gap analysis stage and performed in conjunction with the deployment phases of “Cherwell Service Management”.
  • “Cherwell Service Management” configuration, training and implementation services on an agreed phased basis identified during the assessment and gap analysis stage.
